In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem with your product, we offer a 12 month guarantee against defective workmanship and materials. During the twelve months guarantee period Dobbs will repair or replace the products with new products if they have a defect in the materials or workmanship. Or the goods fail to operate as intended and you make a claim under this guarantee within 12 months of the installation date. Please be aware we cannot guarantee any of our products against fading. Fading is a natural process, to be expected on all types of materials which come into contact with UV rays. The rate of which fading occurs can differ widely depending on material and colour. Expect darker/stronger colours to fade at a faster rate compared to neutral and pastel shades.
Some of the products we supply have an additional manufacturers warranty for defective parts. This additional parts warranty covers the parts only and not the labour charge to perform the repair.

Should you ever experience any issues with our products we will always be available to help.
For 12 months there is no charge for repairs or replacement of a defective product. After the 12 months guarantee has expired a charge will be made for any repair/service call, we will charge a fair price to cover our costs including a call out charge which will be subject to location.
